The service I had Saturday was wrong. I need a refund for incorrect diagnosis. The compressor is bad again. It was replaced 2 years ago. The parts used were inferior. I have lost hundreds of dollars in food. You were aware of lg products but used them anyway. Very disappointed with SEARS.
