One of the best service men we've ever worked with
Shawn was very communicativ… he explained what he was doing very carefully and clearly, and made a couple of suggestions to make our products work better. We certainly appreciate having him visit our home to make sure things are working as they should.

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF SEARS HOME SERVICE FOR OVER 30 YEARS WITH A MASTER SERVICE CONTRACT FOR MY FURNISH, AC, AND HUMIDIFER WITH WAS ALL PURCHASED FROM SEARS. 1ST GETTING INTOUCH TO SCHEDULE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. THIS AI STINKS. IN ALL THE YEARS I HAVE BEEN WITH SEARS I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISCUSSED. I WORK FULL TIME AND TO GET A SATURDAY APPOINTMENT IS VERTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE. THEN SATURDAY WHEN THE TEC CALLED I ASKED IF HE HAD THE FILTER FOR THE HUMIDIFIER, HE SAID NO AND I HAD TO RUSH TO HOME DEPOST TO GET IT AND RUSH BACK. THE TEC TOLD ME THAT HE WASN'T SUPPOSE TO CLEAN THE HUMIDIFER THE SERVICE WAS ONLY IF IT WAS BROKEN. IN ALL THE YEARS YOU HAVE BEEN SERVING MY PRODUCTS, THERE NO ONE HAS EVER SAID THAT. LAST YEAR ITHE TEC HAD A FILTER AND I PAID FOR THE FILTER BUT THIS IS NOT RIGHT. I AM REALLY DISPLEASED WITH WHAT HAS BECOME OF YOUR SERVICES. THINGS HAVE REALLY CHANGED. WHEN MY CONTRACT WITH YOU EXPRIES, I WILL NOT EVER RENEW AND WILL NEVER PURCHASE A NEW SYSTEM FOR SEARS. IN ADDITION THE TEC SEEMED TO BE IN A BIG HURRY...HIS COMMENT, TIME IS MONEY. THIS IS NOT THE KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED.
