Furnace outage
Tony diagnosed the issue pretty quick. Apparently due to an issue with an electrical switch on the exterior of the furnace. Which is outside the scope of his furnace repair responsibilities. He figured a work around for the switch issue and will arrange for an electrician to be dispatch. He will be available for a call back if furnace issues arise.

Upon arrival, Marshall immediately put boot covers on coming into our home! He was very professional and polite! He thoroughly diagnosed the problem with our furnace, then promptly got to the issue and repaired it! Thank you again Marshall! Marshall (the technician) came right on time. Went directly to work on the furnace, diagnosed the problem and rectified it swiftly. Can't sing his honors enough as the furnace went out at 3 am this morning so there was no heat. Thank you for having Marshall working for Sears and came experienced to fix the issue. There is now heat coming from the furnace to warm the house again!!! Nothing but kudos for Marshall!!

Ron really knows his stuff! He sequentially ruled out one thing after another and deduced exactly what the issue was while discounting every other possibility. He also communicated how the different parts worked together in a way a 5th grader could understand! Thanks again Ron, outstanding service young man!

Very professional, caring and considerate with top-notch workmanship. My Heater/Furnace stopped working in 0 degree temperature, so an urgent solution/fix was needed. The broken component of the heater was very tough to source and find. Cal went above/beyond and called 4 different dealers and the part was on backorder at the local Lennox dealer. Cal worked with the company's procurement team and upper management to find multiple solutions, so the component can be found as fast as possible. Cal did it and found the part and got it installed within 2 days. He even added my service request into his busy daily route and drove to my house in the snow from across the town. Totally top notch service and care for the customer comparing to a lot of other service pros out there where they don't really care about the customer unique situations and don't offer better solutions. If we can give more than 5 stars review, we would definitely do so. We really appreciate Cal's customer service and professionalism.

Daquan came with the replacement blower motor and made the heating system run properly, he did a great job. The company he works for on the other hand did not such a great job. It took 5 weeks and 2 mechanics, to get the replacement part and make it finally happen.

Corin diagnosed the problem and fixed it and then found another problem and replaced that part too. And he returned when he said he would which is a big help when having a busy schedule. We now have heat. Thanks

My unit is still not working. When technician was here he was able to get the unit to work. I turned off unit before he left as he said the issue was related to duct work. Now, an hour later, I tried turning unit back on and unit is completely dead.
