Honest Service Request Feedback
Nick was great, very knowledgeable and he took time to explain and show me things regarding my furnace that was very useful and helpful. However, the process leading up to the actual appointment was a nightmare. I just purchased the condo and the home warranty was transferred to me. For some reason, all of my information was not provided to the service provider which is evident by you addressing your email for feedback with the seller's name and sending text messages to the seller and not me. I spoke to Cinch at least 6 times to try and get it all corrected. When I checked my account I created with them, it still had the wrong apartment # so the technician wouldn't be able to buzz to gain entry, they had another phone # listed but had no idea why or who it belonged to. I made another dozen attempts to contact Sears/A&E Factory Services online via a link the seller forwarded and by phone. Even with the all the information I had, it would not allow me to make updates online and the phone system is a mess! It does not allow you to speak to anyone and each prompt is a dead end that gives you the website and then hangs up! Between Cinch and you, this is honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced!
