Mr. Otis came and checked the furnace very thoroughly. After checking each section, he found the problem. He explained that this type of furnace has this problem very often, but it was a simple fix. He went to retrieve the supplies needed, and after a very short time, he was done. The furnace is fine, and I am very happy.
