Technician did a great job. However, I had to reschedule the appointment because the technician could not get in the house the first time because the house is vacant and there's a lock box with the house key in it and he did not know the code. The reason he did not know the code is because for three days I tried to get in contact with Sears to tell him the code, but was never able to talk to a person. It is impossible to talk to a live person when you call Sears. You get their automated system or you get an AI assistant and I left a message with the AI assistant and it did not get to the technician. Also, I tried to put the note on the account page with Sears about the lockbox but when I hit update, I got an error message every single time I tried. I am a landlord and I live out of town so I'm not able to be at the house so that makes it difficult if you have notes for the technician when you cannot get in touch with them. Sears home services really needs a phone number with the option to talk to a live person.

John is an excellent person and he went out of his way to fix the heating problem instead of reassigning the job to another person which would have taken another month or so to get a technician to come out to help. John fixed the heating system even though the issue is out of his area of work. He is very courteous, professional, kind and he was on time. Thank you John 👍
