I continue to get companies that can't compete my repairs. The part that I can't seem to understand is that you sent the same repair man from Sears that came out last Monday and said he couldn't complete the repair. And here he is again saying the same thing he said last week.. I'm so disappointed with this warranty and I'm paying money out of my pocket because you continue to send out incapacitated repair companies

Fraudulant claim
We were told we don't have a heat pump when a company came out a couple of weeks ago and have pictures of our pump. Also the original company we called out said you can use the chart to measure the refrigerant when this technician denied you can do that during cooler months. Our claim was denied because a false report and diagnostic was given.

No show, no call, just sent an invoice
Boo. Poor communication. They decided not to come but forgot to communicate that. I stayed home from work waiting and learned they wouldn't be coming minutes before they were supposed to arrive. Used my vacation time for a no show, no communication. Lame

Furnace still doesn't work.
Delonzio came to fix the furnace. When I came home turned it on and nothing. It still doesn't work. Aside from that he left a lot of black fingerprints on the cover going up to the attic. Now I'm going to have to make another appointment to get this fixed again.

Bad technician and it seems like the company does not care
I'm sorry I'm giving this technician a bad report. He came out here twice replaced 2 different parts still different parts. Still the furnace was not working. I had another company come out 3 days later. Fix the problem in 10 minutes. Because the technician at this coa and e factory services did not do the job right? So I am giving him a bad report. Cause I don't think he's a good technician. Sprinkling right now

HVAC
Misdiagnosed, my HVAC system technician wrote it up as a gas unit and it's a total electric unit the electrician came out and gave a total different diagnosis from the AC technician two total different diagnosis for the same unit go figure Choice warranty as a warranty company is a complete failure I pay in every month pay two separate deductibles and got poor service. There are better warranty companies out there where they put the customer first and not a fast buck.

My Furnace Is Not Fixed
In less than 30 minutes after Ron left my home my furnace is doing the same thing that it did before the repair started. My blower motor is not turning on from the manual position or when the furnace is calling for heat. I immediately called Sears Home Services and they told me to call Select Home Warranty and file another claim. Needless to say I am not happy with the outcome of all this. I have been without heat since the 19th of January. Ron indicated that the Fan "On" switch on the thermostat is problably defective but that the furnace will come on when calling for heat. It is not doing that. I looked at my home warranty and the thermostat is covered under the warranty. I need my furnace repaired.

Disappointed, they inspected the Wrong system
Technician was Supposed to service the attic Carrier heat pump. Even gave them the model and serial number. He didn't. It was easier for him to inspect the basement furnace (Trane) and tell us to pay for another service call if we wanted the attic furnace inspected. We wanted the Carrier system in the attic inspected. The Renter at the house just didn't want to argue with the technician so the wrong system was looked at. It was a waste of my time and money since we had already had the basement system inspected by another company. We should be able to get Sears to do what we schedule them to do and inspect the Carrier heat pump in the attic.

Never showed up Deceitful technician (horrible / hateful)
As I Waited in my garage for the Sears technician to arrive at my home to repair my heat system, when I receive a text stating "your technician has arrive to your location". As I'm looking outside No one is here!! Then the work order is closed stating no problem. The equipment listed on the work was not the equipment in my home. Then I received a payment receipt with fraudulent data. This technician is a fraud with no work ethic charging the company without providing the service to the customer. I called over five (5) times to report this incident to the company. I was transferred then hung up on I was blown away. This tech has no showed several times before without notice (which the dispatch called me to reschedule). I have made complaints but I keep getting the run around with fixing my heat. My expectations was high with Sear, but after dealing with this for approximately a year now other steps must be taken. The one star rating should be negative-5. THE WORST!!
