Furnace repair.
He got the furnace running but there is a gas leak and the thermostat says the carbon monoxide is high in the house. I have cancer and have radiation from 9:00 to 11:00 so wasn't here when he was here. My grandson was here . Good thing the thermostat was new and shut the furnace off or we could have had a fire. I hope you send some one with more experience on there matters. I have another appt tomorrow and. Couldn't get the time changed to the afternoon. My grandson will be here but I wish someone could come in the afternoon.

Misleading service
This appointment was a waste of time. Telephone agent lead me to believe Sears technician would be able to repair my boiler. I was told by technician that this is a service Sears does not provide. So why bill me for refusing maintenance?. How can you maintain something that's broken?

Very upset with sears
I am very upset with sears. This hvac service is going on for too long. Last technician Joe was a gentleman and an expert . He ordered parts and was going to install them. Now he is no longer with you I understood. Please install the parts he ordered immediately. It's cold

Left Hanging
I understand that the temp outside needs to be above a minimum temp to install the compressor. We have had days where it was warm enough to complete the repair. I even understand scheduling issues, but if you know you need a part to complete the repair, it should be ordered and available for when the temp and scheduling are available for repair completion.
