Almost non verbal except for immediately asking for the payment. No introduction of himself. Not friendly at all. Very evasive, not forthcoming with any diagnosis or information concerning the furnace. I don't like his style of customer service at all. Wouldn't want him to return for any reason going forward. His behavior to me was borderline rude and unprofessional.

Did nothing
Made up his mind that the mechanism to zone the 2 floors of the house had turned off power to the entire A/C system. Was here at most 10 minutes did nothing to troubleshoot the system itself, power supply, or the thermostat which is also indicating no power, which I told him had been having issues lately by resetting itself. I was away momentarily when he arrived, I spoke with him over my wife's phone, told him I would be back in less than 30 minutes and that I was only 5 minutes away. I finished quicker than expected and was home within 15 minutes of speaking with the repairman. When I arrived my wife said he had left about 5 minutes before I arrived.

Request for Technician Report
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service call conducted by one of your technicians at my home. The inspection was part of a warranty claim for my furnace, and I had expected a thorough and professional evaluation, especially considering the critical nature of heat exchanger issues and potential carbon monoxide risks. Unfortunately, per my understanding the technician did not perform a comprehensive inspection. He only conducted a superficial check from the outside and did not attempt to inspect the inside of the heat exchanger. When I inquired, he stated that inspecting the interior would require removal of the component, which he dismissed as unnecessary labor. However, I am aware that there are less invasive ways to inspect the inside of the heat exchanger, such as using a scope camera. Furthermore, I have photographic evidence from a previous inspection that shows a visible crack in the heat exchanger. The technician did not take any internal photos himself and simply claimed there were no issues based on a visual inspection of the burner cell and exterior framework. The technician appeared rushed during the visit, leaving his vehicle running outside, and initially seemed more focused on processing the payment than performing a thorough inspection. I had to prompt him to explain what he had checked and remind him that he needed to upload a report with photos, as this was a warranty claim. Given these circumstances, I formally request the following: A copy of the technician's report and any photographs uploaded to Sears' system for my records, as his conclusion contradicts previous findings and I need documented confirmation of what was checked and concluded during the visit. Thank you.

horrible service
Glenn came to my home to diagnose my AC unit through a home warranty. His did not completely diagnose the problem the first appointment. He ordered a part and when he brought it the second appointment found that there was more to the problem which he should have had figured out the first time he inspected the unit. Set up an appointment for another day and didn't call me until after the appointment window to to tell me that the part that he ordered did not come come complete. On numerous occasions he said to me it would be okay if I went with someone else didn't seem like he wanted to make the effort to repair my AC unit and the last time he said it I agreed and said he wasn't doing his job correctly and now I'm being charged for of service he did not complete and I will not pay it

Technician
I was not at all pleased. He didnt come in or take the time to see what noise it was making. Was in to much of a hurry and was rude to my mother who was there trying to explain the issue we are having.

Unacceptable Insurance practices
Very dissatisfied with my experience. I have for MONTHS been trying to get my air unit worked on using CcMCINCH Home insurance I purchased through Sam's. In April I paid the $120 service fee but unfortunately we could never agree upon a date for MHI to send someone out to repair or replace my air conditioner unit which is what I was told would happen when I brought the insurance. So I found someone else air to start work on my unit and they replaced my outside condenser. Then I thought why could I continue to pay for a home service that is not working on my problem so I called them again to come out and analyze my problem and to repair or replace my unit. This time they sent Sears (it took two weeks) out to repair or replace my unit and but the repair stated my unit was to old and that since I replaced the condenser outside they would not repair or replace my system. I STILL had the original condenser in my garage for him to see but he said that it haf to be attached to my home when he git here. I believe that MHI never intended to repair or REPLACE my unit but uses that statement to get customers to buy their insurance.

Abimael Santiago Is someone who you rather not meet.
Technician Review – Abimael Santiago Tampa Florida (1 Star). Zero if I could If I could give zero stars, I would. Abimael showed up today and from the moment he arrived, it was clear he did not want to be here. He was vaping in my driveway and in my house, sat in his truck for nearly two hours, and only came to the door to make excuses. He falsely claimed a critical part was sabotaged by me and did not hide his contempt for me. I had never had such an uncomfortable interaction. He then said he could not prove that the coil was tampered with and his manager told him to replace it. And he did. It want to do it. But he was not the boss. He then stated that the part (coil) was not available—even though I personally confirmed with the parts house that it was in stock and ready for pickup just 4 miles away. When asked basic questions, he was defensive, dismissive, and acted like he was being forced to complete the visit. He claimed he was sent because he's the "most qualified technician," but his attitude, lack of professionalism, and unwillingness to get the job done proved the opposite. I've been without A/C since May 10th, and after 9 reschedules, this was the final insult. I expect trained, uniformed, respectful professionals—not someone who treats customers like an inconvenience.
