DID NOT COME
We waited a week for the appointment and given a time slot of 7am-6pm. At 6:15 we got a message that he was leaving. We never even spoke to him, told him what was happening, or had a chance to make sure that the problems were resolved.

Service call
Be up front we waited 48 hours for you to come out and tell us we won't even get on your roof you have tile…also solar panels which there is a clear path between them they also said aluminum patio cover which they didn't have to even walk on…so no air while we waited on you to tell us this once you got here…we live in Vegas 100 degrees and most houses have tile..

AC service. No stars
No technician showed up for the service appointment scheduled for today between 8am-5pm. Last update showed an arrival time of 3pm. No call and no text update was received. Waited all day for my AC service. I'm very upset about this. A call or text would of been appreciated.

Sears failed miserably
Sears has caused us to wait since July 15th to come and repair our air conditioner.Sears came three times, did nothing,and today the technician came and would would not even put freon in the system. Your treatment of us has been horrible. I am cancelling Choice, and while I always counted on the good services Sears provided with the Sears products I own, Sears is now persona non grata from now on. A Thomas

AC service
No work was done. I was tracking location of technician and saw that it said service had been completed but they never showed. I called the technician and he stated there was no car in the driveway so they thought no one was home. He called to say he was on his way but never called when he was here.

He was rude
We contacted the technician twice—once around 2 PM and again after 5 PM—simply to confirm his estimated arrival time. Our concern stemmed from the fact that our previous two appointments were rescheduled, each with a 15-day delay, and we've now been waiting nearly two months for this service. Unfortunately, his response was highly unprofessional. He was rude, yelled at us, and even banged on our door. This kind of behavior is unacceptable from any service provider. We respectfully request that a different technician be assigned to our case moving forward. That said, we also feel this reflects a broader issue with Sears' service operations. Despite charging a monthly fee and a deductible for each visit, the company seems to lack sufficient manpower to support open service tickets in a timely and professional manner."

Most awful service or lack of it
Unwilling technician. Was horribly late and make monitor contact. He want to do the work. Created obstacles. Wanted signature before doing anything. Couldn't access all areas to diagnose and fix the problem. My issue remains.
