Waste of $ and time
Had a Noisy draft inducer, Sears came out and pretty much said "we won't do anything for noise" then put oil on the motor then left. Noise still prevalent and getting worse as it gets colder. A complete wast of $75 and time

So so
First kept calling me about $75 deductible. Never mentioned which cards they take which you of thought with 2 phone calls that would have been said. Got there worked maybe 5 min and diagnosed, which was cool. However to be lazy and not complete all the info was disappointing especially since I paid the deductible. Very disappointed and starting to think this along with esurance are both scams

Furnace repair/issue: Very rude
Technician was extremely rude. He kept saying and shouting that we needed to open vents, however, all the vents WERE OPEN and he only checked one vent in the entire house and would not confirm that the rest of the vents were open or closed (which they were). He just kept repeating and shouting over and over that the vents should be open (again, ALL of our vents were open). If he thought the vents weren't open then why did he only check one vent?!?! Wouldn't common sense tell you that if you are going to make an accusation, you should actually check to see if your accusation is valid?!?!? Why say a vent needs to be open if he didn't even check to confirm if all the vents were, in fact, open or closed. He seemed to just want to leave and skirt his responsibility. Heating is still not working properly in our home. He said it may be an air duct issue and would not provide any more information on a repair. Poor service and a poor technician. It's a shame because this was the second time he came to visit our home for this issue and he was very nice the first time. The first time he came he did not mention to open any vents. He did clean up the flue and there was very weak air coming from the vents but he said to let it continue to run and it should heat the home. It did not. I should not have trusted his word the first time. In fact, we ran the heater for 24 hours and there was still little to no heat which is why I contacted the company a 2nd time. By the way, they missed their schedule date as well and the appointment had to be rescheduled twice. Terrible service with little to no explanation as to what to do next.

We waiting for him but he did not call or show up. I also keep getting AI based scheduling reminders, but I don't think this provider knows how to use the technology properly.

Horrible
Tech went out to my a/c unit and took things off of my unit that was working properly. He then went into my attic when he had no reason to be in my attic now my unit is not working

The case was closed too soon
Brian didn't fix the problem and asked me to rule out the drainage or ventilation issue before ordering replacement parts. I did work on his request the next day after the appointment. However, when I called Sears back to inform that the drainage and ventilation issues were ruled out the day after that it turned out that Brian has already closed the case causing me all kinds of complications against Sears and the warranty company which is going to delay the system fix even longer now. Very frustrating...
