Part put on heating unit
This is not against the first technician that came out and placed the order and approved from choice warranty put they said and texted they was coming on February 12 between 8-5. We waited all day by 4:05 I get a receipt that they came and put the part in and we paid and signed a receipt this is not true. We never saw them because they have to come in the house to fix unit. This is faud we tried calling and email to you and can't get through. Please respond I have all the messages and emails and receipts . The claim is not complete

Rude and disrespectful
He came to my house sat in the car. I have recording of the whole thing. He told me he was sending me the link.I asked him that I thought I paid.He said he's not going back and forth with me. I said I will make the payment. He said he gets paid to come here.So, it doesn't matter if he came in or not. He said he's gonna tell the company that I denied the service and got back in his car and pulled off. I can provide the footage if you needed

Cancelled with no communication
About this appointment was made through our home warranty company, received a message from Sears that they would be coming to our house between 8 AM and 5 PM. We were home all morning and then got a notification by email that they came to our house and we accepted an estimate from them, however they never showed up and never communicated that they were not coming.

Very Poor Service
No communication at all. Leaving without proper root cause and next steps on the issue. Our home is not heating on a winter storm and freezing temperatures week and this is the service we get. Glad we have insurance and not paying an obscene $200 for diagnostics!

The technician tried to sell us the cleaning service. When we refused he claimed the water damage to the furnace.

Couldn't detect the issue
Told we need a plumber to fix the issue but .. electrician from different company fixed it .. there was a defective part which other electrician fixed it .

Refused to complete the service request
August 2025 seats informed us no techs were available to complete our repair and our request was canceled and we were told to find our own tech. It took us about 4 months to get a tech out. The 3rd party tech fixed the heat strips and the disconnect but found a leak in the reversing valve. Travis was at our location last week promised to order the valve however when he arrived today he did not have the valve and said that sears doesn't work on units after a 3rd party was involved even though sears is the one who told us the only way to get service was a 3rs party. Travis refused to allow us to speak to his manager or let us call his manager to try and get the approval while he was on-site. Worst experience EVER! MY MOTHER IS OLD AND ITS COLD AND HE WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!!!
