Worst technician
If I could give 0 stars I would. I don't know how this man is still employed. Most un professional individual I've ever dealt with. I will be contacting the better business bureau about this company. Your tech gives you a bad name

Horrible
This tech refused to inspect the heat pump. He said he was sent to inspect the HVAC, air handler. He has been to my house before and said that he is not familiar with this system. Do not use him.

Furnance
Had to return with in 1 hour due to the furnance was not repaired the first time. All that was done was he tightened screws on the blower fan and tightened the screws on the internal thermostat. The second time he said it needed a mother board, closed out the ticket and left. Very poor workmanship.

FRAUD
Technician never showed up to the house (tenant was home waiting), and then closed the ticket and sent a bill! THIS IS FRAUD! I will be opening every investigation possible, filing a report with the Better Business Bureau, filing a report with my home warranty company and urging them to remove you from their partner list, contacting every Virginia state agency that deals with business licensing, oversight, and fraud, warning every single person I know to never use your services, and putting an alert out on social media. The house is still without heat, the tenant is freezing. This behavior cannot be tolerated!!

Worst technician I ever seen
Very disappointed at this technician. He's not respectful and very inappropriate. He overcharged me, didn't know how to fix the problem and whatever he ended up doing did not work as the problem is still there.

Worst experience of my life including forgery of my docs
Service technition had no idea what he was doing. It was a simple matter that the oil ignition coil had failed. He tried to test it but it was obvious he had no clue of how to test the coil. He then told me that he had to obtain the part and would be back in two hours. He then requested payment for his diagnostic visit which I paid. He left and then I get document that unit is fully repaired and I had signed off on the job with my forged signature. End result. Senior citize left without heat fopending snow storm. NO SERVICE AT ALL plus forgery. Not all senior citizens are stupid. I can understand why Sears went bankrupt.

Nice but obvious misdiagnosed priblem
He came in, did not ask me the problem I tried to mention the warning lights indicate flame ignited but not detected. He didn't look at that from what I can see. He is saying because it turned off we can have a gas leak. He said it's a gas leak and the furnace is ok. I gave proof from the warning lights that the furnace is broken. So all he did was delay any progress in getting our hvac fixed because nobody can say as he did that "the furnace is fine" just another delay for a home warranty company to do their job.

wrong diagnosis
I was upset about the choice home warranty! This is the 3rd time on 4 houses that the salesman told us would cover everything. Your guy told them lack of mantinence and yes the tenants just changed the filters not vaccummed the heater. But your service man said the control board was out that's why it didn't come on. I had my guy check it and the control board was fine and had blown a 5 amp fuse. Not the whole expensive board. I have 4 houses with them and I also my home have a Sears home warranty and am wondering about that.That's a lot of difference in parts prices amd paid you my deductible before he looked at it. With it being diagnoised from a complete circuit board to a new 5 am fuse! He also made an appointment for the next week and on the day I was expecting for heater repair I called and waited a whole week thinking my heater was going to be repaired. I would like my money back for lack of his knowledge .

Dishonest service
You guys only care about the money. Showed up to my property, demanded the service fee, after received the fee, said he can't work on my call. So collected the fee without even trying.
