Not fixed
Unit Worked for 1 cycle after which tech left. It took him all of 20 minutes to push a button and say everything was fixed and did not stick around to make sure that the system restarted properly. When I realized the system was still not working in approximately 2 hours after the tech left I phoned The CHW office and told whoever received the call that the system was still not working and she said that the tech would call and to keep the line open for him. He never called.

No one ever showed up.
I've been here since 11:00 a.m. And the scheduled to be at 1:00, the technician marked them as showing up at 12:30 and never called me or contacted me. The instruction specifically said to call a phone number to allow them entry into the building. Literary cleared out my entire weekend to wait for nothing.

Left in the lurch
We were told during a normal preventative maintenance call that our induction motor was bad and needed to be replaced. Hunter came out and wanted to argue about whether it needed to be replaced. We only scheduled the service call on the prior day technician's recommendation. I was told they wanted to replace the motor and were waiting for approval. We were not told if the replacement was approved. Hunter just drove away and updated the ticket saying "no problem found". What a horrible way to treat a customer.

incorrect Diagnosis, Avoided Costly Replacement
I had an HVAC inspection with Sears Home Services with Hai T and the technician informed me that my entire system had failed and needed a full replacement, which would have been a very costly decision.Also the technician left open my furnace door before he leaves. To be safe, I sought a second opinion from another technician. They diagnosed the issue as a faulty circuit board, replaced it, and the system is now working properly. This experience was concerning because the initial diagnosis could have led to an unnecessary full system replacement. I was recommend getting a second opinion before making major decisions based on this service.

HVAC Fan Capacitor Replacement
Service technician was unaware of the scope of repair. Customer had to share details of preventative maintenance results and identify the faulty part that required repair. How does this lack of communication with the Sears Cinch Home Warranty Organization result in the proper service delivery to the customer. What am I paying a monthly fee for if the organization doesn't keep records of preventative maintenance calls and has no way to communicate needed repairs. I had to act as the go between. This entire service model is faulty and unreliable,

Totally Disgraceful
Not only does he not service anything he blames it on other people stating not properly installed and not up to code WOW then I guess City must be wrong given the fact you have to have inspections and be approved not to mention Sears is the only one that has looked at it meaning Richard is not doing his job and leaving a 90 yr old woman without any heat or air because of his opinion.
