The technician incorrectly diagnosed the issue as electrical and advised contacting an electrician. The electrician confirmed there is no electrical problem. This has caused unnecessary delay and additional cost. The issue was also incorrectly reported as storm-related, even though there was no storm in my area. Insurance denied due to false information. Don't call sears.

Do not use Sears
Do not use Sears. I got my initial Diagnostic visit on May 5th. The repair visit was cancelled and rescheduled 2 times with no explanation. I waited all day both times only to hear about the rescheduling super late in the day. Also you can't hold anyone accountable because Sears doesn't talk to anyone anymore. They have a rude AI assistant take all calls and treat people rudely when you insist on talking to a real person. Anyway, after 2 missed appointments, Sears finally shows up to the third appointment late in the day on May 21st to make the repair. 4 days later, the AC system leaked out all the Freon. Great job. They came back out again, and recommended a total system replacement and closed the case on the job. Well I went with a different company and they found the leak in an outdoor Freon line. Sears wanted me to spend thousands to replace the entire AC system, when all it was, was a leak in a line, and the leak was huge. I don't know how they didn't find it. It was very obvious. My AC hasn't worked in over a month thanks to Sears's misdiagnosis and cancelled visits with no explanation, and no accountability. They got paid, and now they've moved on. I've moved on with ever using them again. I would rate zero stars if I could.

3rd time, not repaired
Was not fixed. Took 3 visits to determine not repairable. The AI Samantha calls were annoying as it continued to call 3 times on the same visit with the same message.

Great technician
From my experience, and this experience in the last experience, the technician Nick is horrible. He coming into my residence from coming from outside didn't even bother to put a cover over his feet. I had to tell him to and he still didn't do it so he said I would just take my shoes off. He wasn't trying to help the customer at all. He was trying to not to do anything.!!!!

NOT FIXED
Joe came out, looked at the furnace diagnosed. He said he could get the part. I was two days ago. Haven't heard anything haven't seen any in. The furnace is still not fixed. The problem with that is it's the furnace doesn't come on. Nether the air conditioner and it's going to get hot soon. I have asthma. I cannot take hot heat. I need the air conditioner.

Not good
2 days after service was completed the boiler stoped working again, same problem pilot wont stay lit. Tried to get seats home serve to come back out to fix it they canceled reseat for next day didn't show next day then completely cancelled saying they didn't know how to deal with boilers

Not skilled and rude with customer
The issue is with heat pump outside unit motor. He wrongly diagnosed and replaced the inside unit heat pump furnace motor. Also his communication is very rude with customer. I would not use this technician again

Air Conditioner Repair
Communication is terrible. I am left not knowing what is happening compared to what was discussed during the repair visit.

Do your job
Otis had something going on. He came and blew the breaker and then he says we're wasn't getting any power to to the unit. I was told to get a electrician. He elecrician came the next day, and said it's is the thermostat all alone, which is what was the work order was for. The thermostat still not fixed
