I've had great experiences in the past with no problems but after today my AC is still not working. It's still 80 degrees in my house.

He's Rude.

I had asked your company not to send him to my house again but you did anyway. He's very rude. He was very pushy about me paying him for repairs. There's no way I would have him do repairs even if at a discount. I don't want him in my house.

Same problem after 2 visits

The technician did not fix the problem. The furnace only worked for 1 day and failed to ignite the next day. Clearly the furnace isn't igniting and probably needs a new ignitor. This is getting frustrating. Another cold night and we have no heat.

Jacob was a polite as he listened to my wife explain the issues that we have been having over the last two years of owning our Kenmore furnace. He opened the unit to find reasons for the issues; that my wife was right in her assessment of the lack of performance of the relatively new furnace. Jacob stated that his hands were tide in fixing the issues with the furnace. Stating that the warranty prevents him from fixing the clear mis-functionality and poor initial installation of the unit. Nothing was resolved as a result of the service call.

Technician failed to listen to what the issues were. Proceeded to tell us everything was running correctly when the heat clearly wasn't performing how it was supposed to. Didn't provide much help.

My air conditioning heat unit the problem is the thermostat

This will be the third time coming to my house to fix my heat in the unit if they do not seem to be working properly I have I am getting cold at night I woke up this morning and my thermostat was on 75 and my inside temperature was 69 so my unit is not properly working here don't be here twice just be the third time coming back on the 20th to 24 so he I think he needs to replace the thermostat the thermostat is not working properly I do not wish to keep continuing to have these problems and the sad thing is my heat went out today the day is Saturday the 22nd and I called a service request and the man won't be come out till Monday so I have to send this whole house till Monday between 8:00 to 5:00 to somebody to come out to fix it

Rude

The technician was rude and basically told us the installation of our equipment was wrong. Our house is a little over 2 years old. The problem didn't get resolved and I had to pay for diagnostic Freon use. Apparently the Freon level was fine and the problem was a mixing valve that my installer and the equipment has a 10 year warranty on. He states that is not right.

HEAT STILL NOT FIXED

The technician came to my home on 1-14-25 and diagnosed my hvac system for heat not working properly. There was a part that was needed and the technician called me less than 10 minutes after leaving and let me know that he could come back two days later and install the part. He came back as promised and replaced the part which solved part of the problem with the heat running constantly but unfortunately it DIDN'T fix the problem of the unit blowing out cold air instead of warm. So now, I have to go through the hassle of calling my home warranty company and have them send them back out to actually get the heat working.

Leaking furnace

Tech sent txt he was on his way. Showed up nearly 2 hrs later. Looked at furnace and said he thought the primary and secondary heating elements were leaking. He said he was not allowed to do that repair and it would take nearly four hours and it's too late anyway. The said someone else would have to come back out. This means we will have to take more time off work. Not pleased
