Vera W,
Ontario, CAWaste of time
I never got notified when he was on his way. Every time I checked email it kept giving me new estimated arrival, which got later and later (he did come int the time allotted. He was in my house such a short amount of time that he didn't shut his truck engine off THIS WAS SUPISSED TO BE A MAINTENANCE CALL NOT A CALL TO SEE IF MY HEATER WAS WORKING. WASTE OF TIME There was nothing wrong with technician himself

Nicholas is experienced, professional and knowledgeable. I wish all Sears technicians were like him.

It was all wrong. He did not have the part to make the repair. Also he doesn't fix what was needed. He was very nice and polite but couldn't make the repair
Debra R,
Colonia, NJKnowledgeable, but could be better on time management
I signed up for appointment between 10 am to 2 pm. When I checked the web service on status in the morning, my appt was about 2:15 pm with 2 stops prior to my visit. As appt time approached, my status kept changing to later and later times with 2 stops prior, then 1 stop prior, then once again 2 stops prior, etc. He did not show up until close to 5:30 PM! I commented to him that he must have had a busy day and delayed noticeably by a client. He said not really, and only had 1 more stop to go after me. I was miffed, but did not show it. I had wasted an entire afternoon waiting for him for which I could be doing something more constructive. What gives him the leeway to reschedule clients that late when my solicited time was between 10 am to 2 pm? Mind you that he had only 1 more client after me. I could have given him 5 stars if he arrived as originally scheduled.
Ben L,
Los Angeles, CAAir Conditioner Repair
Third time air conditioner has been checked in the last six weeks. First repair a leak was fixed. Cooling lasted three days. A follow-up appointment took ten days. Another leak was repaired. Cooling has resumed. The unit is making an unusual sound that the technician could not identify. In Texas heat an air conditioner is a necessity and under our service agreement we expect the unit to work.
James W,
Luling, TXFixing heating system
He came and apparently fixed the issue with the thermostat. The problem stsrted 10-15 minutes after he left. Means he did not fix it. Someone needs to come back to fix the problem.

not cooperative
Technician shows up on Monday and stating to tenant that parts not available to do the work which is wasting tenant day off and didn't even notify customer. Shows up too early for an appointment and didn't stay long after ringing doorbell and no answer. Next time don't show up early and leave with a minute of ringing door bell

Nothing fix!!!
Otis was super nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable but Otis didn't fix the issue. Otis check the thermostat when he came. Turn it on cool, went outside for awhile, can't back and said it something wasn't working properly, turned it back on heat went back outside, came back said it was fix. The problem is there's still no heat coming out my vents. The furnace is running the air condition unit is running but there's no air coming out any of the vents. I was confused when he said it was fix because he didn't use any tools, take anything apart, or even touch the furnace!!!

Tech questionable/Company Horrible
The tech came out and looked at our old unit and said it needed new heat strips. Said he couldn't order parts because the HVAC model and serial numbers had been faded out by the constant direct sunlight. Home warranty company CHW agreed and denied claim. I purchased a new HVAC unit and took the old one to the manufacturer who informed me that the old HVAC unit was out of Freon. Tech didn't complete through inspection but wanted his fee. I'm very disappointed!
