Furnace Repair.
Furnace is finally working. However, Victor Claims that he replaced the inducer motor and control board on my furnace. But the only thing that was really replaced was the control board. The old inducer motor is still on my furnace. But at least my heat is working.

Regret the missed call for work because of missed discussion.
William Maddox,
Durham, NCValue time!
Nate did a good job once he arrived to my home. However, he didn't arrive until after 5pm. The whole day was wasted waiting on him from 8am-5pm. That's not great service!

Lansing, ILMain office did not do their job.
Dontee did his job, however the office issued only one work order when we discussed I have 2 units and they acknowledged I paid extra for 2 units. Dontee looked at both but I do not have any documents verifying that

Your 9 hr window is too long to wait for a tech
Barbara K,
Hanover Park, ILPreventing total system failure
Technician reported furnace was working but contacts were worn. They are not supposed to buzz as though they are sticking together. They should be replaced. Because of him reporting that furnace is working Choice Home warranty refused repair until furnace quits working completely. It should be repaired prior to total failure going into the winter season. This is a failure on both Sears Home Services and Choice Home Services. I will not recommend either company to anybody under no circumstances. Why anyone would not recommend repairing until total breakdown is just ignorance and totally incomprehensible.

Bridget P,
Elkton, MDLack of tools to do the job
The tech was unable to access the heating unit as he did not have a ladder with him. He probably would have needed an 8ft step ladder. He claimed He was not provided with appropriate equipment to do the job. The job has since been transferred to a different company and has been rescheduled. Not sure why.
