Furnace maintenance
Technician was difficult to understand. The furnace started initially but has not worked since he left. I have had this problem for the past six months.

This visit was to check the heating system and I think he only checked the AC system. He then asked if we had keys for our Freon. I have never been asked that before. I found out the the technician should have had those keys in his posssession.
