i did not like the fact that he said he did not have to open the furnace to check it. he opened it and then he shut back up without doing anything to check the interior of the furnace.

John was helpful and knowledgeable but ultimately couldn't proceed with fix needed as Sears does not provide installation services for our area. Waiting for contact from a referral company. Disappointed as waited 2 weeks for Sears to make this visit only to face further delays
