He arrived on time and performed the diagnostics accurately. The home warranty company denied the claim. Though that is, strictly speaking, not his fault, I can't give five stars for an unsatisfactory outcome.

Duke was great and helpful.. However, the boiler is not working properly and can't be turned off. It requires a bit more troubleshooting.

The young man's knowledge was limited.to resetting. the AC. Angelo, is not an electrican and that's what is needed. I gave him a 4 because he was honest about his limitations. He was very mannerable.
