Vance work was great. He knew exactly what the problem was. Disagree with time. Came after scheduled time. Could have been out of his control.

Duke was great and helpful.. However, the boiler is not working properly and can't be turned off. It requires a bit more troubleshooting.

The young man's knowledge was limited.to resetting. the AC. Angelo, is not an electrican and that's what is needed. I gave him a 4 because he was honest about his limitations. He was very mannerable.
