Sears technician
Ignacio appeared to be very thorough in his examination of the heating system. Gave some info as to the potential process of getting it replaced. It has been kept off per his recommendation. He did give a number to contact him, which would have been very helpful, but it was incorrect. This last item would be the only negative. Thank you Ignacio.

The HVAC man was nice and professional. I'm just worried that the service isn't a long term fix. He made sure water wasn't in a couple places but it will happen again soon.

He was a vary good at telling us what is wrong with our heater the electric board and Ignition starter to make flame to make fire Can not wait till Feb..for a board to have heat I would have given him 5 stares if he could gotten the heater go for now
