He was great. Analyze the problem and came back following week with parts. Easy to deal with. Really like the new online system of estimates and payments. No questioning of pricing integrity.

Samuel seemed to be very knowledgeable about the service he performed. When I first called for service through Sears home services I was told it would be 5 weeks before they could evaluate my HVAC system. After some discussion I was moved up to the next day. They were timely and efficient.
