Billy was so nice and kind! He installed a new thermostat so that our upstairs could heat properly. When he initially came he identified that our current upstairs thermostat was broken and was not communicating with the upstairs furnace. He rescheduled our appointment to bring out a new thermostat. After installing, he made sure to check that it worked and was actually heating our upstairs. We can't thank Billy enough for coming out on Christmas Eve to help us! Just in time before the weather plummets into the 20's. Thanks so much Billy!
