Sears Technician Elio perform excellent work and is extremely professional. When my HVAC had a gas leak he promptly identified the problem and changed the required parts on both systems! He also changed a fan that was making a lot noise. A job well done! Thank you!

Excellent technician and service. Richard arrived promptly as scheduled, made sure he understood issue, evaluated, tested, and resolved problem/causes and retested system to insure system was properly operating before leaving, while at the same time, Richard took time to provide helpful self help suggestions that I can perform regularly as an owner to properly maintain system. What I found to be very appreciative is that Richard displayed a professional and caring attitude towards the service call "like it was his own."
