Jim did all the diagnostic checking and confirmed all in working order. I expressed some concern with some restrictive/collapsed duct work due to very tight support straps. Jim said all in working order. Appreciate his efforts

Alex arrived at the scheduled time and called before arriving as requested. He was using a loaner truck, but was able to access the air conditioner with the onboard ladder. He assessed the problem, had the part on his truck, installed the part, and we soon had cool air in the house. Alex is the type of technician who goes above and beyond for the customer. We truly appreciate all he did for us that day!
