Very helpful
Juan inspected our furnace to ensure it is ready for winter. He was very thorough and even provided info on keeping the drain clear. In the many years we've had technicians perform a maintenance check, he was the only one to provide this additional info that will help our furnace to last for many more years.

Always good service for many years. Now I'm told you will not renew my warranty contract after having it and paying for it for many years. Even the technician said: " that is just wrong!" Doesn't make me happy either.

Gary is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He came in, diagnosed and fixed the problem in a timely manner. He also clearly explained the problem and solution in an easily understood manner and provided tips to improve the efficiency of our AC. We highly recommend him.
