Furnace preventative maintenance service

I am happy with the service tech's work and he has provided necessary checks to our furnace as winter preventative maintenance. The service & testing appointment was done in less than 1/2 hour the tech arrived within 15 min of his estimate. Overall I am satisfied with the service performed.

Ronald was very professional. He explained what was wrong with my furnace and he also educationed me on the importance of cleaning my reuseable air filter every three months. He also showed me how to properly set the thermostat for air condition and heat.
