Ronald showed up, opened the condenser unit and immediately saw a burnt cable that was supposed to be on the solenoid coil. He pulled a new one out of his parts bin and my AC was back in business. Overall it took him 15 min and I was enjoying cold air once again. Super professional and got the job done in record time.

Ronald was very professional. He explained what was wrong with my furnace and he also educationed me on the importance of cleaning my reuseable air filter every three months. He also showed me how to properly set the thermostat for air condition and heat.
