Fast and efficient service
I had no blower working on my furnace but have no fear, William from Sears Repair Service to the rescue. He came on time and quickly dianosed the issue which was a bad fan motor. He got the authorization to get a new motor, picked it up and installed. Checked all systems, cleaned the area and was out the door. He was polite, answered all my novice questions. I was impressed and hope that if I need a repair, I will get William.

Sergii spent the time and looked over everything and made it work and gave me information for if the fan or motor go out so parts can be ordered and he can come back out and replace them. Very helpful!

Not fixed. Had to order part ourselves. Since this was the third or fourth try for Eathan to make it here.and this guy didn't carry the part. Does this answer your question? On the appt om the 18# Eathan called and asked what was wrong with the furnace. I explained it and he told me to check the codes and he would reschedule. On the 22nd He did not call or come. Of course I called Choice. They apologized and rescheduled for today the 31st. By this time I was quite upset Well, we've had no heat since Dec. 17th. I am not pleased with your service and Choice will know.
