I am very happy with Jamie's service. He is professional and proficient in his work. The majority of technitians that have provided service, are very good. My only complaint of Sears Home Guaranty services is the customer service , it is horrible! Sears needs to do something about that, which is why I need to consider renewing my contracts that I have had for at lest 12 years!
