I am very satisfied with the service I receive with the Technician Joseph who came out. I have had him come and service the Air Conditioner several times and I am very Happy. Joseph explains and listens to my questions and concerns pertaining to working, checking and if need be fixing any issues that could or might happen with the Preventive Maintenance Program to Maintain the Air Conditioner through the Sears Home Warranty Program.
