Mohamad was very professional and explained what he checked and even more importantly, answered all my questions. He also encouraged me to have the ducts cleaned to help the heater work more efficiently. He even called the office to set up an appt. I've had many techs here but none told me the importance of cleaning the ducts. Please give him a reward for his outstanding service. Thank you very much.
