Randy, the repairman did an excellent job however, it took forever for this repair to happen. The part was there two weeks ago. In my opinion. The left hand needs to know what the right hand is doing so that everyone can be on the same page. There is a dysfunction in the communication Between various people in this department. Automation is good and bad trying to talk to someone was almost impossible but I'm glad it's over and we have air and you got your payment so I guess we're all happy in the long run, but Randy did a great job. He gave me good advice, and I appreciate that.
