I was very pleased with Willie R.'s work and dedication to service. He had to get the parts, which I could have told him if I were able to contact someone there prior to his coming out. He was very good and worked very hard. I am very disappointed in my inability to contact someone and talk to them prior to his coming out. It could have saved a lot of time and confusion, not to mention driving time, if I could have talked to someone prior to the appointment. His service rating is 5 star, but the ability to communicate with the company is TERRIBLE!!!!!!

If I could give Jose 10 stars I would. He was very knowledgeable - superb customer service! He was very patient answering all my questions. He checked both hvac systems thoroughly. This is the very best customer experience I have ever had with Sears and I have been a home warranty customer for the past 10+ years. Please give him a bonus (he is that good!) **********

Mr. Karim was so informative. He listened to my concerns . We discussed my issue and all is good. my boiler is in good condition. It's the issue of the bleeding of the radiators and he was informative and able to direct me. Thank you for being good at what you do.

Technician listened to the 14month ordeal of my broken Trane HVAC He requested from cinch to send a repair technician who is trained on this brand of machine since all techs sent thus far are not trained on dual fuel systems hopefully this will generate a fix or unit replacement
