Aaron was pleasant did his job as I expected. Last year 2022 service was not good, Sears send out someone who couldn't fix my problem getting heat thru to my radiators upstairs, it's wasn't his fault he was told to tell me the customer get a Plummer he wasn't trained for that, supervisor told me I will not be reimbursed, after 40yrs with Sears I was fed up with you, I will be carefully watching your performance from now on.
