The problem we have is not with Leonid, it is with Sear's scheduling personnel. We have two units as we have two zone heating. I always remind the agent of this when scheduling maintenance for heating & air conditioning. We pay for both units in our home warranty plan, yet, every single year the technician comes on the appointed date and tells us he has orders to check/maintain only one unit. This has been going on for years and years years. Please get it right Sears

Mr. Brian is the technician who services my boiler gas furnace every year. He is always on time and very professional. He is patient and doesn't mind answering questions regarding my boiler. He is very knowledgeable. Sears this is one technician your company should really keep.

Kylen did what he was supposed to - make sure our furnace is ready for winter. The appointment notification process is flawed. You kept asking me to confirm my appointments on texts to my mobile by pressing a non-existent "1" on the message. You can't do that unless the text message is formatted for it, and these weren't.
