Corin did a great job of taking care of our problem with the AC/heat pump. He had come out over 2 weeks ago and said the compressor had grounded out and needed to be replaced. We made an appointment for 2 weeks lateran a Tuesday, but no one showed or called or texted. Nothing. We called Sears the next day, spent 2 hours on the phone, and finally got someone to set an appointment for Thursday. About noon, someone called and said they would have to cancel and reschedule for 2 weeks later. It has been going on nearly all summer and taken hours of time on the phone to get Sears to help. Jordan finally got someone to come Thursday after all, and it happened to be Corin, the man who said the compressor needed to be replaced. He had the parts on the truck and was able to fix it in about 2 hours. So thanks to Corin and Jordan, we finally, after months of trying, got our AC fixed. Sear's warranty department and responses are terrible, unreliable, and do not do what they warrantee promises. It should not take months, with multiple delays, changes, cancellations, etc., to take care of a problem when a great deal of money is paid for those warrantees over many, many years. Again, Corin was the best. He saved the day. And thanks to Jordan who went out of his way to help us.
