Billy is great. Somebody hidden in the bowels of this organization decided to deny our claim. We have been with Sears Home Warranty for many years and have had service on this same unit several times, so the decision to deny this claim is simply WRONG. I've just spent nearly an hour on the phone with three different 'representatives' only to be hung up on by the third one. I am frustrated and aggravated to say the least. If the pencil pushers don't get this sorted out, and soon, they will definitely chase away a good, long-term client.
