James was awesome! He showed me step by step how to check the flame sensor and he cleaned it and changed out our filter. He gave recommendations on CO2 detectors. He was fast and efficient. I would love to have him service our home always.

Frustrating to have to wait all day long 8-5 for a 30 minute service with a 83 year old women that is handicap, oh and to get there at 4:15. Sooo exhausting. If there's nothing we can do about it, then it is what it is. Glad it's only once a year. Smh.

Solomon knows his profession. Another company I used to trust "inspected" my furnace and told me the heat exchanger was cracked and provided photos that I discovered weren't even my unit. Solomon inspected and found my heat exchanger to be clean with no cracks. The other company wanted $6-$10k to scam me into buying a new furnace. Thanks Solomon for saving me from the scam.
