Mr. Echols came in and verified what I already had an independent inspection conduct. I have had 3 inspections and expended over $300, with no resolution to the problem. Plus, the annual cost of nearly $800! I could have gotten all of this done with one call. Something is SEVERELY WRONG with the quality control process.

Emanuel is the mechanic that Sears sent to repair our home hvac system. While working on our A/C Emanuel took time to explain what he was doing and to answer our questions about our system. This was a good service experience because we got s good mechanic who is also pleasant and professional, and he helped us bear the heat.

Jarvis called to inform us of his arrival time. He arrived promptly. Jarvis was professional and completed the service in a timely manner. We appreciated him taking the time to explain what he had done and of his findings. Jarvis also reminded me to change filters regularly. Thanks Jarvis for servicing our heating system.
