The technician who provided the seasonal maintenance for our unit was excellent. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. The process to schedule appointments for seasonal maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. We have 2 systems, but online will only let you schedule 1 and more if you have 2 or more systems m. When I called and spoke with the Sears/Cinch rep, she told me the second system was added. When the technician arrived today, 10/17, he only had 1 system scheduled for maintenance. The same thing happened for the Spring 2023 seasonal maintenance. This is a problem that should be corrected.

Very happy that Sears has taken this work back "in-house" after dealing with outsourced subcontractors for the last few years. Joe was great! He performed a much more thorough and comprehensive check of my heating system than previous vendors had done. Due to his excellent work combined with his great customer relations skills, I will be looking into adding my Heating System to my Sears Home Service coverage.

I must admit that the technician did an excellent job. He was on time, very professional and friendly. He told us everything he was doing. He tested our HVAC inside our home and out. We are always satisfied with the service we get from Sears.
