A rare breed.
Mr. Ronald is indeed a rare breed within this industry. His aura of experience and knowledge immediately put me at ease. That ease was immediately justified by the excellent service he provided. He had my heating system humming in no time and gave me a brief education on my system that will help me in my communication with Sears on any future service calls. Technicians like him are what make this industry and this country great.
