Sam is a people person first of all, he is very knowledgeable and he takes his time in explaining what the problem is regarding the gas boiler, and what has to be done after doing an inspection of the gas boiler, and what will be needed to repair it. Sam is very good at what he does. So, I give Sam a 5 star rating on his service.

Shawn was absolutely amazing. He came in, very personable, shared what he was checking, continued scouring through the entire furnace to make sure he diagnosed the issue correctly. He was able to determine the problem, order a new part, go pick up the new part, return to my house AND FIX THE FURNACE. He is an asset to the Sears home service company, extremely knowledgeable abd just a pure pleasure to have in my home. My experience overall is a 110% and this is because of him and his dedication to actually wanting to help the consumer!!! Thank you
