In addition to covering home appliances the Service Contract also provides for a/c and furnace tune-ups. For our first contract service we were given a 9 hour window. In fact, the technician showed up a half hour beyond that. But he was quick and efficient. Five stars for Michael. Hopefully, waiting for service on the next visit will not waste my entire day.

I've taught many PhD students in Engineering in Graduate Schools. I can recognize a good and organized mind when I see one. Elio definitely has both qualities, not to mention that he is extremely humble and courteous. Sears is very lucky to have some brainy person like him.
