Second technician to come out for our furnace. The first one said it was the igniter and control panel and it would take a week to get the part. I have little kids and temps are getting very cold. Solomon came out and had it diagnosed in less than thirty minutes! He was very kind and clearly communicated what the problem was. All repaired and producing heat in about an hour. Very grateful.

We initially had a miscommunication with the service day call, but we worked through it amicably. He arrived about 11 AM and was done in 30 minutes. He said he wanted to make sure the furnace did its complete cycle. Also advised me to use white vinegar instead of bleach for tubal cleaning each qtr. I'll use his advice. I even gave his some Halloween candy as a treat. Enjoy it in appreciation! Have a great winter!

Ajwad was on time and informative about the performance of my appliance. However, the incompetence of the Sears employees across the world, India, Thailand, Mexico, is unbelievable. I'm not satisfied with Sears departments not knowing or misinformed about a customer's contract. It's infuriating not be understood my a Sears agent or that my contract request was not completed with items listed for coverage. And charge me for a service that's free under Sears Maintenace agreement. Please make corrections and refund my $100.00.
