We have an older HVAC that can be tricky for some people and we had other people previously work on our unit that had messed things up by not installing parts correctly. Benito was determined to figure it out and get it fixed so our family could have heat again. He was even humble enough to call in his lead and to check an issue. A true leader is someone who isn't afraid to say, I'm not 100% sure, let me ask someone above me. He did that with one of the issues he came across and together him and Eric got our beat back up and running. Benito was kind and considerate and knowledgeable. I recommend him as a technician.
