Good to know, but still have questions
Rodney was professional and informative. Seems as if his work order was to clean and maintain... but upon arrival, he quickly discovered that it was more of a service call. He advised that he was not able to do anything more than to clean and maintain, and that I would have to call back and ask for a repair service.

Ronald appeared to be very knowledgeable and fixed the problem on our heater at no time. He was very nice and cordial. Gave us some tips on how our electrical bill could be reduced by setting our thermostat temp properly. 5 out of 5, would rate him 10 even.
