Great service. Technician called before the appointment and let me know he was on the way. Explained what was going on with the furnace and how he repaired it.

Corin was a great and knowledgeable sears Technician. I never felt as if things weren't gonna get finished. Corin checked and Double checked and called tech on a compressor situation to make sure the new Compressor would work properly. Things checked out O.K. With tech and Corin moved forward with the install. After install he ran and checked pressure's. After setting things to factory specs he cleaned the area and finished up. Corin is a valuable Tech for Sears that needs to be Commended. Thank you Corin for your Professionalism.

Furnace. The technician Armando is absolutely excellent checked everything thoroughly and even had to go get a part and bring it back so that we would have heat tonight he's an exceptional technician and I hope that SEARS appreciates that… it's hard to have a good excellent determined and trust worthy technicians in this day and age❣️Thank you for your service👍🏽
