Paul was very courteous and professional on his visit to diagnose and fix my Heat Pump. It's working fine now. He also determined that my Thermostat's light was inoperative and Needs a New Thermostat LED Light which Sears Home Services needs to Order. Request an Update on when Sears will be able to replace this Thermostat Light?

James did an excellent job!!! The last technician didn't know anything about Humidifier's and wasn't even qualified to change the pad on the humidifier so please send out tech's that know what they are doing. The tech that was supposed to show up the day before didn't show up and lied that he had been here.Didnt have the common courtesy to call and let me know he wasn't coming!! I called customer service, but they are no help, all they can do is reschedule and try to sell you a new maintenance agreement that's not even due for4 months. Very very disappointed with Sears., their customer service has really gone downhill. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years
